I was all ready to join in this thread and then for a split second I forgot how old I am. LOL Remembered. I'm 70, at least for the next 12 days.
I follow semi low carb. I don't eat sweets, but I really don't want to give up my veggies. If that keeps me from losing, so be it. I like my veggies. I don't feel that I got fat from eating too much broccoli, so why should it keep me from losing?
