If you are serious about this (?), it's probably doable so long as you keep other carbs really to a minimum (just green veg, basically). I can't actually answer your question - I'm sure someone will - but if oats don't leave you with cravings and if you don't put sugar in it, it should be OK. There's (arguably) no gluten in oats so from that point of view it's OKish too.
