Almost 12--thanks for the info..
The thing to watch is the dosage you take. I don't know if you're going to get a dose that will be beneficial for weight loss taking the ones that you are.
It states FOR WEIGHT LOSS A TYPICAL DOSE IS 1,500 MG'S A DAY (500 on an empty stomach).

It also suggests that CoQ10 as 100mg a day.
