wow - that is an old thread :-)

Been off and on on Atkins a good few times - actually went back on it last Saturday and have to say I am still trying to shift the same pounds as in 2005 :-)

The intial post actually talked about the atkins bars in boots - they still have them and saw today that they have them 3 for 2, so great value as they are on the expensive side.

Congrats Mickr1 - that is a great loss in that amount of time!!
