I also cook my scrambled eggs in the microwave.

I first melt about 1/2 ounce of butter in a glass bowl then add 3 eggs and mix with a fork and zap for a minute.
Remove and stir, breaking up any lumps of egg by mashing them with the fork and return to the microwave.
I then zap for 30 seconds, remove, mash up any lumps and stir again then repeat if needed.
I stop cooking when it still has a little liquidy egg amidst the cooked stuff then stir again and mash till the whole is still soft but not liquid.

If cooking for my hubby as well I double the quantity of eggs and butter and do extra "stints" with the "zap then mash" bit.

I serve mine on my flax flatbread circle.
