Yes, it is very hard to stay stuck to a number or try to get back to a low we have seen this year.

I am proud of us all for not just throwing in the towel and saying this does not work, I can't do it, it works for everyone but me, why can't I just stick to the plan and not go "off plan" over and over again? I have thought all these thoughts; this time I am sure WE can figure this out.

I am trying to not "tweak things" too hard this time, before I used to try the meal plan I did the weeks I lost, but there are a lot of factors other than just food I am eating that make me lose; stress, exercise, hormones, hydration, and not all calories are equal as I think we all learn eventually and somethings make us swollen and inflamed, or have terrible acid reflux even if they are "in our plan" and should not cause these symptoms. For me that is tuna...acid reflux from tuna but not bacon and eggs?

On a happy note, I had a lovely, fresh from the lobster boat, lobster diner with my parents last night, (lobster dipped in butter ), with a Caesar salad before. It was delicious and I am only up 2 oz this morning, yes the salty butter was good.

Sorry for the novelette there.LOL Thought it might be time to remind everyone that WE all have doubts and food demons, struggles and learning, but most wonderful of all, we All understand the mission is NOT impossible.
