no misses (I meditated after turning on the computer but I had not yet set the rule)
1. No computer use between the hours of 9AM and 6PM except for my Buddhist teachings and tracking food on Cronometer.
2. No computer use in the morning until after I meditate.
3. No computer use after 10PM
