Default Broke that stall!

Hello! Just wanted to update that I broke my stall! I think what screwed me up was Maltodextrin. I make a stevia "kool aid" mix for my husband, and I was drinking some of it too. However, the stevia was a generic version of stevia in the raw, which measures like sugar.

Since I have stopped drinking that and adjusted my other eating, I am back on track. It seems that I have no problem with liquid stevia, so I will stick with that. I did buy some xylitol and may try that later. I had noticed that I was getting hungry frequently, and craved more carbs. My conclusion was that this was because I was eating too many nuts and too much heavy cream. I'm pretty sure now that the Maltodextrin was the culprit. I will be checking every food label from now on.... Rant over!
