Yeah, I was just reading that last night too! I'd also been thinking "where's the fat?" They never clearly explain that the first two weeks are much lower in fat - and yet they do talk about how fat is needed for the liver to purge its fat, so that was part of why I got confused I'm sure.

This is day 6 for me. Still sitting at 293 - the weight I've been stalled at for months. So essentially no weight or inches lost so far. And I'm still basically feeling starved all the time, despite being a 3-scooper.
