Monday... ???

Tuesday... Spin Class 1 hour

Wednesday... Spin Class 1 hour

Thursday... Reebok Step Aerobics 45 minutes

Friday... Step Aerobics 45 minutes

Sat, Sun, Mon... Slacker!!!

Today... Tuesday 5 miles hilly bike ride (my latest challenge...)
Reebok Step Aerobics

I ordered 2 new exercise DVDs. Both are Gin Miller who does the Reebok Step Aerobics. One is another step video... intervals. And the second is a stability ball workout tape. Hope they're good.
