I've been maintaining for a year. My secret weapon is Cobb or Chef salads (no croutons of course!), and wings.
I know there will almost always be one of those three things available when I'm out. If not, there's always coffee.
The mental health benefits are so strong for me that it really makes going off maintenance unappealing. It's not even about weight anymore.
