yummmm, buttery shroomies!

back to the pumpkin debate- it makes sense Bonnie's count would be higher, as it is mashed, whereas mine was for cubed... and yes Meme, i hate that some companies will subtract net carbs for you, but i am pretty positive pumpkin is fairly low carb.
Squashes like acorn or butternut spike my blood sugar, whereas pumpkin does not (i know that isn't a scientific source, but hey i am a type I diabetic )
