It certainly isn't typical! From the sound of it, you have a lot of inflammation problems, which low carb is supposed to address.

However, some people are sensitive to poultry, peanuts, and seed oils because of their high Omega 6 fat content. Were any of your fats coming from these sources?

Dairy can be a problem for some. Have you tried cutting it out?

Another common problem is nightshade vegetables: tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, and peppers.

Another big problem is grains of any kind... you didn't mention them, but if you are sensitive, staying away from them can make your body react violently to even a bite or two.
