Going back to this, if it hasn't resolved yet, it depends on the color and formation of your stools.

If its greeny/yellow and very loose and immediate, that can mean too much bile is being released and not being used. Try calcium carbonate for that problem. I just take Tums 2x a day. With no GB I get this when intermittent fasting or just not eating enough.

If its just greasy loose stool, that can mean you're not digesting fat, and then the ox bile might help.

But it may already be resolved because as others stated, it can take your body a while to start releasing enough bile to digest the fat.
