Malcomb, I checked the jar again...a 2 TBS serving...5 g carbs, 2 fiber. The Jif I had at home was 7 g carbs, 2 fiber. I think this is just much lower in sugar...could that be the case? It doesn't taste as sweet to me...which is better tasting to me anyway!
