Not much point in me joining your challenge as I have been stalled now for about 3 months , although I continue to watch my carbs faithfully and don't stray very much at all. Luckily, I haven't put on any, so I guess I'll just have to 'weight' it out until it starts to move again!
I replied so that you wouldn't feel like a voice in the wilderness, but I'm sure that this time of year will bring more fellow challengers in soon.
