ok, so far nobody wants to join me..... I'll give you a bit more time then!!
Anyway, its monday, I started back on Atkins today and I weighed in this morning at 78.4 kg!!! What a shock to the system, most definatly not ever going to go off Atkins ever again!! Also measured myself this morning.
