Morning all. So this weekend was a nice one, and just a wee bit of thunder and rain on Sunday
Now who is going to use at least
5250 stored calories this week? And NOT add any extra on?
IF we say we are working to keep our calorie intake to ~1600 per day, then for the 7 days ahead we NEED to consume
11,200 calories in "Quality" food. Since we all eat very healthy it will be a challenge to be sure.
For me I will:
1. Drop the exta junk item I somehow eat each day which packs on an extra 240 cal or so each day. This will take 1680 cals out.
2. I will only use extra margerine for my morning sandwich which should take care of about 1500 cals.
3. I will Exercise for 30 mins each day for a 250 cal deficit so that takes care of another 1750 cals.
4. Just need to find a way to use up an additional 320 calories. Any suggestions?
