From what I've found, it's either a love it or hate it. I found the taste HORRIBLY offensive, and threw the box away. It's probably for the better. I gave it 3 really good tries before making my call on it, and they were all terrible. Great texture, but a really foul taste.

I know that Atkins has a bake mix that is similar, but I have not tried it. I figure it would be close in taste to the Carbquik, and I wasn't going there
