HUGE conflict of interest (He is Director of Public Health and Animal Agriculture at the Humane Society of the United States.)

Cherry picking research with an obvious confirmation bias and ignoring credible research that directly contradicts his "fat is bad" position and his "Vegetarian is the only correct diet" position. The problem is that he is becoming popular and therefore lives are at risk.
