I just finished my lunchtime walk -- 40 minutes at 3 mph. After the 5K jog yesterday my muscles do feel a little drained. I can tell that they got some work in yesterday. But my muscles are not tight or sore in the least. The plan is to do a similar easy walk tonight so that I can be ready for a hard workout tomorrow.
