totally sounds like me. I'll eat such a small amount of calories, due to not being hungry, and my metabolism is that of someone 15 years older. I've been low carbing for over ten years, and as I have had some off plan months (which result in gaining ten kilos each time) I am heavier than what I was. Paleo here I come.
I am armed with a jar of coconut oil at home and at the office, so I'm ready for results. I know it works, and now my mission is to demonstrate to others that this is the way to do it.
