Hi guys,

just noted a scratchy feeling in my throat, which makes me think I might be coming down with the flu (as everybody else in the office).

So I might be needing some lozenges and cough sirup.

Anybody any experiences or suggestions for medicines??? I'm not really sure, but there should be sugar free ones right??

How high in carbs are those? What about using medicines for diabetics??? Would they be lower in carbs???
