teaser-- instead of a bulb onion, I use scallions and chives. Or leeks. A way to get the benefits of onion but fewer carbs. Garlic , too.

Re potato startch---My grandfather's second wife used that to clean a couch I had barfed on MANY years before. She was a genious. Having kids, I keep it on hand. lol
