Weigh protein is great for making cakes, try this for a quick fix:
1 egg, 4 Table spoons of splenda, 3 table spoons of ground almonds, 3 plastic measures of whey protein (any flavour), a dash of vanilla extract (optional) 100ml of water, half a tea spoon of baking powder.
Mix all up well, pour in to a microwave bowl and microwave for 3 min. serve with a bit of cream.
I personally like the Banana Whey protein.
