I second the high fat. When I have something a bit higher carb. I premake a whole pan of brockworst to have ready for the next several meals. One day of staying really full on a higher than normal fat does it for me. My husband has to watch his blood sugars really closely so what he has found really works for him is to hit the exercise bike or take a brisk walk after a highcarb meal. Drops his blood sugar right back to normal guicker than any of his pills can. Whether you do it with highfat super low carb or exercise normal blood sugar usually means a end to cravings
