I had the first chink in my armor today. I woke up with a sore right knee that had me walking with a mild limp for the first part of the day. On a scale of 1 to 10 it was a 1 or 2. But I couldn't take the chance of it getting worse from a hard workout today. So I canceled today's jogging workout. The knee felt better by noon, so I did do my walk. I walked this evening, too. I could feel the knee issue on the downhill slopes but otherwise it was good. It seems minor and I hope it is gone by tomorrow.
I did 4 miles total today - all walking.
