Hi guys...well ive been doing Suzanne Somers as ive mentioned before which is a lot like Dr. S cause thats what SS based herself with her way of eating...i did lose a few inches but no weight which is fine by me...i do walk everyday and if i dont i will get on my bike with hubby and go for a ride at night cause now its getting too hot now during lunch hours...you come back to work all sticky then you have to wash...anyhow, i did read both books and they both make sense for sure but SS books is more realistic...you do eat grains once a while and the best time to eat your carbs is in the mornings so it has time to burn off...and you eat the fruits you want....but at a certain time before or after the main meals...its just a bit different then Dr. S books but not that much...and you dont need to buy her products either...you can do your own and it works just fine...I like her book and men can follow it too..its just as good for them as for women...
