Congratulations on your weighloss. I've noticed you've lost about 45 pounds since March 2001. Have you done Atkins the whole time?
I hear what you saying about the scales but I'm addicited to seeing that number. I weight myself at least twice a day (before bed and when I get up). Of course I also report the morning weight (it's the lowest).
What i need to do is dig out some old clothes and start measuring my progress that way. But I know they would even be big enough for my legs so I'm avoiding that until I lose 20 lbs.
