1) Upon waking each morning, say a prayer of gratitude.
2) Drink 80+ ounces of water a day.
3) Do 15 minutes of a something I have been procrastinating. (Cleaned the opti and took rigging, sail and rudder/dagger board down to mom and dad's to prep for selling it.)
4) Limit 2 BPC max (2 BPC)
5) Plan lunch and supper for the next day. (Lunch and supper, BBQed pork loin with spinach salad with chopped egg, bacon and dressed with hot bacon oil dressing)
