I will continue to stay on Schwarzbein -- I think I've decided it's best for me. I gave up sugar about 2 months ago and haven't really had a craving since. Now I need to re-read the book to make sure I'm really on the program and not just making it up (unless of course that works).

It's too bad I can't afford to visit her clinic since I live right here in Santa Barbara.
