Eating carbs on the SP is what makes this program work for life. When you finnish getting healthy, you will not totally abandon this WOL. After you have gone through transition from ill-health to good health, you will add back a few carbs to stop weight loss.

After you start eating this way, you'll wonder why the whole world doesn't do it all the time. The way you feel will be faster to improve than weight loss is to achieve. This is a slow, but rewarding process. It is a lifetime commitment to treat yourself well and age with some grace and dignaty. You mention your age is 44. You'll find the hormone balance to be worth every thing. I cannot tell you, what a change I have experienced since I started eating this way. Better sleep patterns, not nearly as bitchy or on edge.
