Amy- I forgot about the thought of eating toward your carbs for the RM, that is so good to remeber! When I eat my carbs first, I totally go overboard. Last night I just happened to eat my veggies & protein first, then I was mostly full, I had a little bit of apple and a couple candies, and that was it, I was completely satisfied. Thanks for the reminder.
