I am slacking on the cardio. Right now I'm in migraine land which isn't helping.
I still need two more days to make my gym goal for the week and yoga on Thursday, Friday and Saturday to make that goal. I've really slacked off this week!
Tentative plan:
Gym tomorrow morning
Gym Friday ~ 9 a.m.
Gym sometime Saturday if I can squeeze it in.
