Thanks Ms Arielle! Unfortunately, self blame seems to run in my family. 
But I agree... hormones, biochemistry, etc. are to blame, most importantly.
Oh I DO love this forum. I use to belong to another Atkins forum but it's pretty much empty of daily comments. It's very active here. Perfect!! And yes, I'll start a journal shortly. Looking forward to it.
