Hi. I've never seen it, and I don't see it being a popular enough idea to market.

I've made my own from scratch (including homemade sauce) and it's a lot of work, especially because I have to wash dishes by hand. A good compromise would be spiralizer zucchini noodles or chunks, with meat sauce and cheese. Much easier.
