Me again! I just had to drop by because I had a personal best on the treadmill last night! I'm still in pursuit of a 30 min 5K (which I know is slow for a lot of people).

Just curious...does anyone wear minimalist shoes? I bought some Merrells, and I love the way they feel when I run. But I'm also nervous about injuring myself!
