Thanks, LCer. Last year I had tried the SP and did well, losing about a pound a week. Then I heard about Atkins and wanted faster weight-loss. I lost about 5 pounds in the first week and then it stopped and I started getting all the sugar cravings back.
So now I am back on SP and will start again from this weekend. The only problem is I don't eat red meat so I get bored with just chicken and fish. Hope I can keep it up: the feel-good factor is worth it! I am also glad to have found this site as I need the support.
