Thanks for replies. Very helpful Jean and shall go to your information you kindly forwarded. Thud I eat 40gms scotch porridge oats with almond milk which is 24carbs and 3.5 fibre for porridge. Almond milk 0. I am lactose intolerant. Butternut squash carrots and parsnips are favourites the broccoli cauliflower salad stuff etc. Perhaps I am over estimating. Have a couple of squares of 85% cocoa chocolate 5 carbs.
