I amn't doing atkins, but was browsing at the airport recently and found an international edition, 2003 publication of Dr. A's carb counter. It's great cause it lists things in gramms rather than ounces and lbs. It's also very handy and the right size for carrying in a handbag. Plus it was only €6.35.

I got it in Hughes and Hughes. It's worth evvery penny IMO.
