Renee H. is right - at least for me. I have had my struggles with weight gain eating only vast quantities of foods that are on my plan. But then I figured out that the hippopotamus is one of the world's largest animals, weighing in the tons. And it eats only grass!

However, I don't experience food cravings and withdrawal symptoms from 'on plan' excess, like I do with carby, sugary snacks.
