Meals today:

B- 4 pieces of low carb baked turkey deli meat made into sandwiches with cream cheese spread between the pieces of meat, some radishes and broccoli, an iced decaf americano with cream and cinnamon

L- HUGE 6 Cup salad with 1 C shredded baked chicken and blue cheese dsg

D- HUGE bowl of stirfried cabbage with 3pc bacon, one small slice of pepperoni pizza, a boiled egg yolk (Don't ask, LOL), one sugar cookie and a blueberry yogurt.
