Wow, where does 2 weeks go? Nowhere. I'll tell you where, more fun and sun on the water. Has been an excellent start to July and learning tons strapless kitefoiling and (note to myself) I'm hitting and riding away toe side on switch heel2toe transitions. Working on a session that is mostly weak side riding back and forth. Aces!
I've backed off fasting from minimum 2 days a week to 1 - my weight is about where it needs to be and my body is comfortable maintaining this range. No doubt that it will likely continue to creep down but I'm fitting into all the clothes and board shorts that I was using last year at 185lbs so as far as fitness goes I'm probably in better shape, more able - continuing to count carbs, prioritize protein and fill with fat
