Love lamb...in just about any form.

Have you tried making Scotch eggs ever Maryh? Love them, but they are very, very filling. I just make a recipe I like for sausage using plain ground pork, hardboil an egg, wrap sausage around and bake. Yummo.

We have snow here, it is stunning, so lovely. Time to chunk up our Fall pumpkin and toss it into the woods for the critters, think our 1/2 bag of cat food the cat won't eat will go out as well.

I have a new meatloaf recipe I love, though rm only as it does use a bit of breadcrumbs. Key to it's success seems to be using two meats - pork as well as beef.
