Hi-
last night that my kids are home. I'm making grilled Scottish salmon, pasta with pesto and peas, brussel sprouts and salad. I'm planning on bread or white wine for my carb.
Tomorrow we have a friend's open house before dinner, then I'm planning on going out for an easy yet QUIET dinner. Sunday we have plans for after dinner, but I am thinking of grilling burgers before we go out. Monday we're eating home, then I'm out on Tuesday with girlfriends. The only night we will be home after that is Wednesday.
My CM breakfasts and lunches have been pretty easy. Today I had leftover meatballs and kale for breakfast and chicken salad with mayo and celery for lunch. Tomorrow my lunch will be a salad out with my DD, before they leave.
