...OTOH, if you want to weigh every day, go ahead. Just keep in mind that even during periods of active losing, your weight will go up and down, day by day.
What many find, once the health issues start to heal, is that there will be a period of no loss, followed by a 1 or 2 pound drop. Then the weight fluctuates back and forth ABOVE that low weight. Eventually, it finds a new, lower low, and then fluctuates, all over again, just a little lower.
