Hi Louisa...not sure who else is looking at these boards, but its been awhile since my last visit so was surprised to see a new post Always nice to see more fellow low carbers...I'm pretty sure there are more in Singapore, just don't know where they hang out online!

I've been in the low carb maintenance phase for a year now, and still a strong believer in this diet/lifestyle cos it works and it makes sense to me! So, what's your story?
