Default Deciphering the Eades IF plan

As a means of getting rid of the last 10 pounds, I “get” the 23/1 IF plan. Sounds like a good plan but I’m still can’t figure out the Eades IF plan. ( http://www.proteinpower.com/drmike/?p=278 ) “We set up our cutoff time as 6 PM. On the day we started, we ate until 6 PM then fasted until 6 PM the next day. On the next day we ate supper right after 6 PM and ate breakfast and lunch (and a few snacks) the next day until 6 PM when we started fasting again.” Is this it ?

Day 1
8 am breakfast
1 pm lunch
5-6 pm dinner (ate for 9 hours)
6 pm start fasting

1 pm fast
fasted 24 hours (until 6 pm)
6-7 pm dinner (ate for 1 hour)
