Hi again everybody

So, here we are, right in the middle of the partying season! Probably the hardest time of the year to stick to one's WOE. But we've seen how clearly challenging ourselves and supporting each other helps when contending with the holidays and the ever present temptations to stray! I'm looking forward to the month. Just think how great it will feel to start the New Year two or three or even five lbs lighter! What a head start that would be on the dieting season!
