Thanks for starting this.

For SAD sufferers: look online for "full spectrum lights". Amazon has a decent selection. I live in MN, where the only time that it's sunny in winter is when the temps are +10F or below. NO WAY I'm going to hang out outside when it's that cold, so I use my light box, and it helps a lot.
